23/06/2010 General Assembly

About one third of all members were attending the official General Assembly. After a short introduction by President Nick Beglinger and after conveying a welcoming message by Wolfgang Amadeus Bruelhart who could unfortunately not joint us from Abu Dhabi, the actual statuary and official part of the event was on the agenda. The business report of 2008/2009 including the annual financial statment and all other motions put forward were unanimously adopted. (General Assembly Minutes)

29/04/2010 Sprinter

In line with our strategic partnership agreement Implenia has made a proposal to Masdar for the first development phase for the Swiss Village. To keep up the momentum SVA is pursuing the goal to build a fast track project, called the Sprinter building in the heart of the future Swiss Village neighborhood. The mixed use development will offer a wide variety of rental spaces such as offices, a business centre, retail, showrooms and residential spaces. Most importantly the Swiss Embassy including the Ambassadors residence will find its new home in the Sprinter building.

Zürich, April 15th 2010, at the Swiss Foreign Trade Forum, Osec has awarded for the 3rd time  the "Osec Export Award".
